Definition of automated operations, incident management, monitoring procedures of infrastructure and interfaces, identification of KPI (key performance indicators) to be monitored: these are the keywords on which Tomware sets up infrastructural monitoring systems, on systems and applications.
These systems are based upon the integration of Open source software like Zabbix, Mrtg, Lanalyzer and Smokeping, that together provide reports customizable according to different monitoring needs. Furthermore, the web interface enables an easy management of the product.
Together with this infrastructure, we propose a Data Wall system able to reproduce alarms, critical situations.. on large format monitors that can also be placed outside the control rooms.
