With the order confirmation, the following conditions are considered as accepted:
Terms of Payment
The payment will have place by advanced bank transfer on the c/c displayed in the order or by cash on delivery.
Prices’ Validity
The prices displayed in the current sale are fixed in the moment of the order. Therefore no discounts or increases will be applicable.
Technical Characteristics
The seller reserves his right to change the technical characteristics of the components and systems displayed in the price list without notice.
Terms of Warranty
The warranty over the purchased goods is 12 months at seller’s domicile, unless different mode and time specified in the order.
Issue of Invoice
The invoice must be required at the time of the order by communicating the VAT number. In no case will be issued invoices after the date of shipment or delivery of the goods.
Conditions of Delivery and Installation
The goods can be collected at our headquarter within 30 days upon the receipt of the order. If required, we are available to delivery and install the goods directly at the customer’s headquarter; this service will be evaluated separately.
Irrevocability of the present conditions and acceptance
These conditions of sale are irrevocable by the Buyer. The Seller can communicate the acceptance to the Buyer, or give direct execution of the order.
Retention of Title
All the ordered systems will be sold with retention of title in favour of the Seller until the complete payment of the price (Art. 1523 Cod. Civ.). Pertanto, prima di tale momento, il Compratore non potrà né noleggiare, comodare o dare in uso o in pegno i sistemi, né rimuoverli dal luogo della loro originaria installazione, né lasciare sequestrare o pignorare senza dichiarare la proprietà del Venditore (dandone immediato avviso a quest’ultimo), pena in caso di violazione anche di uno solo degli obblighi predetti, la sua decadenza dal beneficio del termine rateale. Sino all’integrale pagamento del prezzo, sarà in facoltà di incaricati del Venditore accedere ai locali ove le macchine saranno installate, per le opportune verifiche.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
La presente è soggetta alla legge italiana. Per qualsiasi controversia tra le parti relativa all’interpretazione, esecuzione e risoluzione della presente, e a qualsiasi inerente ragione di dare o di avere, sarà competente in via esclusiva il Foro di Ravenna, ferma la facoltà del solo Venditore di adirne ogni altro competente ai sensi di legge.
